Goldie Hawn
Director/Executive Producer

Goldy Hawn Goldie Hawn smiled her way into the hearts of audiences on the classic comedy variety show Rowan and Martin's Laugh-in. She made her feature film debut in The One and Only, Genuine Original Family Band before playing opposite Walter Matthau and Ingrid Bergman in Cactus Flower, which earned her the 1969 Academy Award® for Best Supporting Actress. Hawn went on to star in Butterflies are Free and The Sugerland Express, Steven Spielberg's first feature film. Her additional early films include There's a Girl in My Soup, The Girl from Petrovka, The Duchess and the Dirtwater Fox, Shampoo, Foul Play, Seems Like Old Times, Swing Shift and Private Benjamin, which earned her an Academy Award® nomination for Best Actress. Bird on a Wire, Deceived, The First Wives Club and Everyone Says I Love You mark Hawn's recent film successes.

In addition to her acting duties, Hawn is also a film producer. Wildcats, Overboard, Protocol, My Blue Heaven and Something to Talk About are a few of Hawn's credits with The Hawn/Sylbert Movie Company, which Hawn headed with Anthea Sylbert. In 1995, Hawn partnered with producer Teri Schwartz forming Cherry Alley Productions, an entertainment company dedicated to developing a diverse slate of high-quality entertainment. HOPE marks their first original movie made for television.



Teri Schwartz
Executive Producer

Teri Schwartz began her film career in the early 1970's with renowned independent filmmaker Roger Corman. Schwartz made many freewheeling films with New World Pictures culminating in I Never Promised You A Rose Garden and Capone.

For the past 25 years, Schwartz has developed and produced hit movies for many top stars, directors and writers. Some of her credits include Deceived, Beaches, Nuts, Crackers, Life with Mikey and the Golden Globe-nominated Sister Act. Schwartz was also a pioneer producer in the field of combining computer-generated animation with live action winning four Clio Awards. She formed her own music video company producing award-winning videos which earned MTV Awards and New York Film Festival Awards for artists such as Mick Jagger, Bette Midler, Cyndi Lauper, Rod Stewart, Elvis Costello, Michael Jackson, Christine McVie and Barbra Streisand.

In 1995, Schwartz and partner Goldie Hawn formed Cherry Alley Productions, an entertainment company dedicated to developing a multi-platformed slate of high-quality entertainment. As president, Schwartz oversees the company's long range plan with Hawn, and together they produce diverse projects developed for both film, television and music. HOPE is the first original movie made for television under the Cherry Alley banner.



Anthea Sylbert
Executive Producer

Anthea Sylbert started her career as a costume designer in both film and theater. Her New York stage credits include Fantastics, The Prisoner of Second Avenue and The Real Thing, for which she received a Tony Award nomination. Her design credits in film include Rosemary's Baby, Carnal Knowledge, Shampoo, Chinatown and Julia, the latter two earned her Academy Award® nominations.

In 1977, Sylbert entered film production at Warner Brothers, developing and overseeing such projects as Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan; Personal Best; and Paul Simon's One Trick Pony. In 1979, Sylbert moved to Untied Artists as a senior vice president of production. Among the films she supervised were Still of the Night, Jinxed and Yentl.

In 1982, Sylbert partnered with Goldie Hawn to produce such films as Protocol, Wildcats, Overboard, Criss Cross, My Blue Heaven and Something to Talk About. Sylbert now works under her own banner, Camino Palmero Productions, and served as executive producer on HBO's Truman, for which she received an Emmy Award for Best Picture and the Producer Guild's Laurel Award for Best Television Film.



Kerry Kennedy
Writer

HOPE marks Kerry Kennedy's official debut as a screenwriter. She has also penned Tainted and Matadora for Chesterfield Film Company. Kennedy's numerous accolades include The Chesterfield Screenwriting Fellowship, sponsored by Steven Spielberg's Amblin/ Universal Company; The Cole Porter Award, for outstanding body of work, at Yale University; The Audrey Woods Scholarship at Yale University; and several other awards for her work as a playwright.
